Overview

Transform DocumentQSX provides the ability for CAPSYS CAPTURE Process Architects to design capture workflows that allow CAPSYS BATCHES to transcend 1-n number of Document Type Profiles.  Such a capability becomes quite powerful in situations where:

• Customer desires to different indexing queues and different data entry forms depending on what state the data and documents are in any given particular step within the workflow;
• Process Architect desires to purposely limit the amount of data on a data entry form that is presented to its user community;
• One user or group of users are privy to data that others may not be or;
• Work segregation is required from one queue to the next queue;
• Double Blind Entry is a requirement.

How might I use Transform DocumentQSX?

BATCH scanning/indexing processors may be interested in having only the BATCH Indexing Form presented to a select group of users – limiting the total number of fields displayed – by restricting through security settings in the CAPSYS Server Manager these same fields from other users later in the capture process. For example:

Users: Tom, Sally, Mike

Queue Name - QC Queue

Indexing Fields:

• Batch Name

• Batch Date

• Case ID

When the BATCH indexing processors have completed all batch items in their respective queue, the Process Designer may desire an entirely different set of fields to be displayed and captured by a partial or completely different group of users in an entirely different queue:

Users: Jim, John, Carol

Queue Name – ERP Data Entry Queue
