Configuring Transform Document

Overview

Allows for a single Batch Profile to be linked to (1-n) number of DocType profiles providing the Process Architect the seamless ability to offer customers different indexing forms/queues to different users at different points of the capture workflow.  Transform Document consists of the following configuration steps:

1. Identify and set the Source Document Type using the drop down menu.
2. Identify and set the Target Document Type using the drop down menu.
3. Mapping field values from the Source Document Type profile to the Target Document Type fields.
