Select RightFax Mailbox(es) to Monitor

With the General Info tab configured correctly, CAPSYS CAPTURE Process Manager has a connection with a RightFax Server. Now you can select one or more fax mailboxes to monitor for in-bound faxes.

Refer to the Configuring CAPSYS CAPTURE Fax for RightFax procedure, steps one through four, to learn how to access the CAPSYS CAPTURE Fax for RightFax configuration dialog box through a CAPSYS CAPTURE server group.

  1. On the CAPSYS CAPTURE Fax for RightFax configuration dialog box, click the Fax Mailbox tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. On the Mailbox Information dialog box that opens, use the Mailbox drop-down list to select the name of a RightFax mailbox user.
  4. Use the Profile drop-down list to select the name of a CAPSYS CAPTURE batch profile. All faxes captured from the selected mailbox will be processed according to the batch profile you select.
  5. Click OK to save your settings. Or, click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving.

The new fax mailbox mapping will display on the CAPSYS CAPTURE Fax for RightFax configuration dialog. To add more fax mailboxes for this input source to monitor, repeat steps two through five.

To modify an existing fax mailbox mapping, select the mailbox on the Fax Mailbox tab and click Edit.

To remove an existing fax mailbox mapping, select the mailbox on the Fax Mailbox tab and click Delete.

Any changes you make to the input source will not take effect until all the CAPSYS CAPTURE Servers in the server group are stopped and restarted.
