CAPSYS CAPTURE On-Premises System Requirements

These represent the minimum recommended hardware and software requirements for running a CAPSYS CAPTURE System.

System Configuration

As of version 2022, it is now required that the CAPSYS CAPTURE Application Server(s) and CAPSYS CAPTURE Web Server(s) (on IIS) each run on their own dedicated computers or virtual machines. It is also required that the CAPSYS CAPTURE Database run on a dedicated suitably configured SQL Server computer.

CAPSYS CAPTURE Server Minimum Configuration

Windows Server 2019, or higher, 64-bit
4 GHz (4) four-core processor or better (8 core recommended)
16 GB RAM or more (32GB recommended)
Adequate storage for working documents (1TB or more)
.NET Framework 4.8 or higher

CAPSYS CAPTURE Web Server Minimum Configuration

Windows Server 2019 R2, or higher 64-bit
4 GHz (4) four-core processor or better (8 core recommended)
16 GB RAM or more (32 GB recommended)
Adequate storage for working documents (1TB or more)
IIS 8.0 or higher
.NET Framework 4.8 or higher

CAPSYS CAPTURE Database

Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or higher with appropriate hardware configuration
