To use any of the OpenAI GPT models, simply select the model you’d prefer to use and enter the API key. Finally, you may adjust the Temperature if you’d like. A value lower than 1.0 can make more deterministic outputs, but also hampers GPT’s ability to be creative, which can hurt accuracy. A value higher than 1.0 can make GPT more creative, but also make it more random in its outputs. For GPT 4.1 models and later it can be safely left at the default of 1.0 for most tasks.
